The contract between\u00a0GI. Rosa S.r.l.\u00a0<\/strong>- 20122 Milan, Galleria S. Babila 4\/B<\/strong> (hereinafter: \"GIN ROSA MILANO\") - and the consumer (hereinafter: \"Customer\"), configured as a distance contract, is governed by Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (\"Consumer Code\") and has as its object the sale of movable goods (wine, food products). The indicated terms and conditions of supply apply exclusively to the Italian market. The contract is finalised with the transmission of a purchase order placed by the customer, by fax, via the Internet or by e-mail, of the goods presented in the catalogue, postal messages, telephone, website or telesales. The order is tacitly accepted if it is not otherwise communicated - by whatever means - to the Customer. For packaging requirements, it may be necessary for the total number of bottles requested to be greater than 2 (two) or a multiple of 2 (4, 6, 8 ...), regardless of the quantity of each product ordered. For purchases via the Internet, the Customer must fill in the order form that appears on the screen and which represents their shopping cart, the contents of which may be modified by the Customer at their discretion.<\/p>\n It is possible to correct errors by accessing the shopping cart, before the final step that concludes the order. After selecting the products, the Customer will see the content of the shopping cart and the amount to be paid, with the possibility of updating and\/or modifying it. Then, the Customer will proceed, by clicking on the appropriate button, to fill in a form with the information required for billing, payment and delivery. Finally, the shopping cart and the amount to be paid will be displayed again, where, with confirmation of its contents by the Customer, the purchase process will end. The prices of goods are presented on the site, inclusive of VAT and any other taxes. The duration of promotions and offers is indicated in correspondence with the product or offer to which it refers, as are the prices applied. A fixed shipping contribution is required for each order delivered within the Italian territory to the same recipient, regardless of the number of products delivered in a single shipment. For web orders, the amount is always indicated and visible during the purchase process.<\/p>\n For bulky parcels or due to the particular value of the goods transported, a packing fee may be required, the amount of which varies depending on the product to be delivered and, in any case, is transparently indicated in the documentation - paper or electronic - that enables the order to be finalised. The goods travel at the Supplier's risk until delivery to the address indicated by the Customer. The Customer is obliged to check that the goods and their quantity correspond to the order. He shall indicate any discrepancies and\/or shortages and\/or breakages on the delivery note and on the carrier copy without omitting to date and explicitly sign the delivery note. The supplier guarantees the customer the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law by granting the customer a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise this right. However, partial returns of goods shall not be accepted. When exercising the right of withdrawal, it shall be the customer's responsibility to return the goods in their original and perfectly intact packaging.<\/p>\n Transport costs for the return of goods in the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Customer. Per acquisti via Internet, il Cliente deve compilare il buono d\u2019ordine che compare a video e che rappresenta il proprio carrello, il cui contenuto pu\u00f2 essere modificato dal Cliente discrezionalmente. \u00c8 possibile correggere errori accedendo al carrello, prima della fase finale che conclude l\u2019ordine. Dopo aver selezionato i prodotti, il Cliente visualizzer\u00e0 il contenuto del carrello e il relativo importo da pagare, con possibilit\u00e0 di aggiornarlo e\/o modificarlo. Poi, il Cliente proseguir\u00e0, cliccando su apposito tasto, per passare alla compilazione di un modulo con le informazioni necessarie per la fatturazione, il pagamento e la consegna. I prezzi dei beni sono presentati sul sito, comprensivi di Iva e di ogni altra eventuale imposta.
