The origins of Bitter Ginrosa 3 L

Bitter Ginrosa 3 L is the result of GINROSA MILANO’s expertise in crafting artisanal liqueurs. Our amaro is crafted from a careful selection of botanicals, roots and traditional citrus fruits, ensuring a balanced and distinctive flavour. Every bottle is the result of passion and a quest for the perfect balance between bitterness and aroma.

Recipe and artisanal production

It is produced by infusing selected botanicals, followed by a controlled maturation process. This process gives Bitter Ginrosa 3 L its aromatic complexity, balanced flavour and full-bodied character.

Organoleptic profile of Bitter Ginrosa

On visual inspection, it has an intense, rich and deep amber colour. On the nose, it offers notes of aromatic herbs, orange peel, sweet roots and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, the flavour is rounded and harmonious, with a delicate bitterness balanced by a soft, lingering sweetness.

Sensory characteristics and structure

Bitter Ginrosa 3 L has a full body and a lingering finish, leaving a pleasant, fresh and spicy sensation. Its versatility makes it ideal both as a digestif and as an ingredient in craft cocktails.

Serving suggestions and pairings

This bitter is perfect served neat, on the rocks or as a base for aperitifs and creative cocktails. It pairs well with spritzes, aromatic mixes and citrus-based long drinks.

Recommended service

We recommend serving Bitter Ginrosa 3 L chilled, at around 6–8 °C, or as an ingredient in cocktails served over ice with a slice of orange to bring out the citrus aromas.
